make of mobo

hi, can anyone tell me what make of mobo in my pc,it's hp vectra ve6\xxx8 333mhz celeron based intel 440bx chipset,hp reckon it's a proprietary mobo but who(company)makes them.thks

You never really know till you identify it by the bios, also there are probably some hints (like part numbers) on the board. I bought an off brand Pentium 200 once. Turned out to be an Acer in a plain wrap. The mother board was an MSI.
I tracked it down starting at the above link. Then on to Wim's bios page.
