Universal ISP

I am looking for a isp that has a 800 mumber access rather than seperate access numbers. I am looking for one that only charges for usage and not monthly charges.

Im really not to sure about 8oo, but have you considered trying Netzero or Juno. There is no monthly charge. I've used both of these in the past. This is of course if you are using your telephone line.

MSN offers 800 access, but you susbribe to a nationwide service program. Costs are not too expensive, though I am sure a better solution likely exists for your problem. Perhaps you would be better served with an ISP with dial-up servers throughout the nation. Earthlink, MSN, and even the dreaded AOL offers this type of service.
