Removeing client from network

I got two systems here and I named both systems the same, duh.

I have two systems....

System one ...Win XP Pro
System two....Win 2k Pro

I went in and renamed W2K system. Now when I'm in system one (XP PRO) trying to access system two (2k). I get asked for a password?? I don't have a password for either system (as I am the only one using both systems). How do I stop this?

I can still see the "OLD" icon in the network neighborhood on both machines. I want to get rid of the "old" one but I have looked all over Win 2k Pro and can't find anything on how to get rid of it.

All I want to see is the Win XP and Win 2k systems and my printer.

As it stands now I have these three PLUS the "OLD"system icon.

Can someone help me out here. :confused:

I don't know excatly what I did but I was messing around in the Win 2k system and the old icon just disappeared!!!
