Not only is it the best selling retail motherboard of all time, but it takes both DDR and SDR memory. However it's an AMD Motherboard. I don't know of any Intel Mobos that do both. andyboy110 02-08-2003, 09:48 PM There is a mobo with VIA chipset for intel processors. it is for the P4 cpu. http://www.kobian.com/products.php?productid=53 its a good chipset.been using it.dunno abt the board. BargainBin 02-09-2003, 04:00 PM Shuttle AK32A also takes both sd and ddr RAM for AMD only. I do not know about the quality of the AK32A, or its performance attributes, but I have a lower end Shuttle that is stable, but technical service from Shuttle has been weak. deadkenny 02-09-2003, 09:48 PM Originally posted by waynecat1 are there still any motherborads out there which take ddr as well as sd ...thanking you You might want to specify which processor you want supported. killer_teddy 02-10-2003, 06:27 PM Jetway v.266B built with 2 now, worked well. crapyking 02-11-2003, 07:02 AM I built a computer on it-had nothing but instability.I thought it was the cats meow at first but lots of freeze ups & misc. problems.I work on alot of computers & am pretty good at trouble shooting but advise you to pass on this one.I would also stick w/ a single ram type board.,either sdr or ddr.Ram is cheap enough-pluck down the $40 for ddr ram.
