*** SOLD ***. One new Samsung 256MB PC133 SDRAM 168-pin, CL3 ECC and Registered (buffered) DIMM module.
. Samsung Id. no. M390S3320CT1-C75Q0. It is a double-sided module with 18-128Mbit chips. This is a Compaq server part (approx. cost - all I can find right now on the hp/Cpq site is a 2-pack (part no. 201693-B21 for ~$480.!) and is in the Cpq bubble pack. Generics on Pricewatch from $55. Asking $55. shipped!
. It is buyer's responsibility to pre-determine compatibility with his motherboard. If you tell me what you intend to use it in (Make/Model/Rev.No.), I will help with the research if necessary. It's possible that it might not work mixed with other brands (as usual), definitely won't work mixed with unbuffered. Complete specs available on the Samsung Electronics web site.
