Hi folks,

May I know is there any freeware which will detect the presence of spy software like Spector and allow me to remove it from my computer?

Please kindly advise.

One question. Since the spector icon is showing in the systray, what happens when you right/left clik on it ?.

Hello bushmaster

Thanks for your reply and question. When I right/left click on it, it prompt for a password ?

Since I don't know correct password, after I type the incorrect password, the icon will disappear for 1 second and re-appear at the system tray again, very scray.

So have you found out who put spector on your PC ?. It has to be somebody with access to it.

I see on your profile "student" is there a chance that your under age and mom n pop put it on there ?.
If so thats an issue you need to take up with them, that or become another Kevin Mitnick.
