Cheap web hosting...

Purchased another domain and am looking for inexpensive hosting, ive been using 11net for 7$ amonth paid yearly, things costwise seem to have changed (9$ a year instead of 35$ domain registration) and am wondering if there are cheaper spots then 11net for hosting???

Wow virtualave looks too good to be true? whats the hitch? ive looked thru it and actually dont see one---how can they do it for free???
Looking closer they put there name into your personal domain name, not really that big a deal I guess...
