uhhh my Username got deleted?

Hmm thats odd..it sez I had the wrong password (oh yeah, this is AuraEdge)
When i told the thing to mail my Password, I got an Email with blank fields under username and Password. Did it get deleted? whats goin on?

I gave up and re-registered,system just e-mails me back a blank password field. I sent a message using "contact us"link(2times). no response. would someone from sysopt please tell me why my name was deleted from DB???That wasnt very nice http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif

Once again everyone, the reason why some names were deleted is quite simple: the primary drive that we use ran out of space, those who got their names erased tried to post messages while the drive was full. After you submitted your post, the system opened your profile file and tried to update it with the number of posts that you have made, but was unable to write to the disk, and corrupted the datafile. I am trying to fix them from a backup that I have.
