I'm planning on purchasing a new Case, Power Supply, Mobo & CPU. However, I'd like to use all my peripherals from my current system (CDROM, CDRW, Video Card, Audio Card, SDRAM and Hard Drive). Most importantly I'm concerned about my Hard Drive. Will I be able to put my existing HDD onto a new Motherboard and still run and use everything thats currently on it (Operating System, Programs, Files, Ultilities, etc)? If I can are there any changes (settings) I must make before doing so? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

There are methods for trying to get a system disk over to a new motherboard, but it is often not successful as the chipset drivers are problematic on a different board. I would highly recommend reformatting and reinstalling wheny ou go to a new motherboard. As for teh individual apps and OS, you should be able to use everything as long as you stay with the same OS. Some apps may not work by changing OSes, depending on what route you take.
Good luck
