You posted issues you had about bf1942 before right?

That sucks. Mysystem is not as good as yours but it runs very nicely on mine. Which settings turned up (err except the bots with too many bots it slows to crawl even with 1.256 gigs.....I think it is my cpu)

Same thing happened to me, when i built my newest rig........ it would get to the point where you start to play and it would run about half a frame a second if that, it was unbearable and unplayable. I tried everything to get it to work new drivers, uninstalling drivers, cleaning all previous drivers out.. no luck, but my benchmark score also took a hit big time (we're talking 3k+ here) no clue what it was so i did a reformat and it worked out alright. Hope you can get it fixed man! Good luck
