What program can do this?

I'm looking for a program that will do a multimedia presentation with pictures, captions and music. Not Powerpoint.

Looking to make a presentation consisting of the above but need a helping hand. To be frank, I am looking for a program that can pretty much do all the work for me so all I gotta do is add pics and music.

This might sound tacky but you might be able to create the effect you are looking for with a screen saver.
