W2k product key change

I have heard of a utility that will allow you to input the correct installation key for NT4 (as in cloning multiple drives) and was wondering if anyone knows anything about this, and if it works for W2k? I've never used it.

it's inside the Win2k CD itself

look for SysPrep in www.microsoft.com, or search on the CD
