keep emails and address book when reinstalling

I need to reinstall Windowx XP and I want to make sure that I take with me my OUTLOOK address book and the entire inbox plus my folder the way they are now.

Basically, I want to be able to upload my address book and my inbox emails and other folder emails when I resintall outlook.

How can I do that?
I use Outlook express (if it matters).

Do a search for .dbx your mail and .wab address book extensions on your system and you'll find the path to the folders containing your mail or in win explorer look at documents and settings folder for your username/ application data and you'll find your mail doing the search will show you the path.

Just copy the folders with your mail and addy to a floppy then drop them back in after you setup your acct. but if its just a reinstall they should all stay but it doesn't hurt to backup anyway.

I was looking for that in my bookmarks before but I got too many links passed it up, ha now I see it. Good site, take a look.

Open Express. Go to Tools\options\Maintenance\Store folder. Note destination of your mail data.
Change PC settings to show hidden files.
Go to Documents and Settings\"Logged on user name"\local settings\Application data\Identities\"Unique Number from path in destination"\Microsoft\Outlook Express and copy those few files to your new PC under your new path in Express.

Its not a porn site, they have a dance studio and workshops but nothing to do with porn, call or email the site your using looks like they made a mistake, tell them to examine the site and take it off the blocked list.
