I'm not familiar with that card in particular, but if they followed Nvidia's reference design, I think it'd be pretty hard for them to mess it up.

Two things about the power color graphics card.
The first is that it has a slower memory speed, its either 9ns or 10ns.
The second is that it is not as overclockable as the cards from other manufacturers.
Three things if you count the hs fan that they put on all of their cards.

Wow! If it's true what you say about this "Power Color GTS" that it has 9ns or 10ns memory, it's way below NVidia specs. I have NEVER seen a GTS card that has slower memory that 7ns...... Are you sure of this? I believe the NVidia specs for GTS 64mb DDR is 6ns...

Yea, I have one. Its also generic ram. Thats how power color can have a lower price for their cards. Its almost the same for their mobos. Cheap parts, a local dealer thats 1 mile from me carries them.
