Hi. Well, you may remember me fuming over informing a buddy of mine to buy a Radeon 8500 LE 128mb by Sapphire. Everyone says it has 5.1ns Samsung ram, that's crappy . His card came in but it doesn't have Samsung ram on it. I have the name of the ram and the numbers on the ram modules, and i was hoping someone could tell me how fast these ram modules are. Any help'd be great.

The ram modules said "Mira" on them.

By the looks of things, it's got 5ns ram, but this time it's not even by a company i've heard of. Great.

Yeah, it should be 5 ns RAM.

Mira is a division of Mitsubishi. Used to use a **** load of their OEM PC100 back in the day. I was under the impression that they had gotten out of the chip making business, but I guess I was wrong.

Anyway, I never like these guys. They had a high failure rate second only to IBM. Then again, this was years ago..........

Well, in any case, if you don't overclock the card, things should work out fine. :)

Well its better than the sapphire i had "shortly" then back to newegg cause it was the wrong one they sent. That was a radeon 8500 Le with Hyundai mem at 5.5ns. Clocked at 250/192:mad:
