The Pinnacle Studio PCTV Pro and the Hauppauge WinTV-D both work in Win2k (Pinnacle's Win2K drivers are right off the CD, and Hauppauges are off the website). Since they work, I'm going to assume the Pinnacle PCTV, and all the Hauppauge WinTV's work, since they run off the same drivers as the last two. I prefer the Pinnacle in terms of software and functionality (Always on top settings, scalling to over 640x480, better quality, easier capture, Radio tuner).
