i was just wonder if a person wanted to build a computor with just a motherboard,2 serial ports(16550)and a floppy drive and wanted it as small as possible what type of cases and mother boards are out there.i would only need a pentium 90.thanks for the suggestions

Try a computer fair/show , there are often vendors with really old systems for cheap. I don't know if there are any old MicroATX cases and Mobo's but someone on the forum will know.

I would scrap the idea with going with a -really- slow system and instead look around for a socket370 FlexATX board with onboard video, sound, and maybe even network as well (I would recommend it). Then find a cheap Celeron and use that.

As for cases, I have looked all over and have found a few cases, but nothing tremendous. You might think about fitting it all in a 1U rackmountable case. It's pretty big, but at least it's only 1.75 inches thick. It depends on your use. Of course, those little buggers are quite expensive. :-/
