email problem

a couple of days ago i got an email without an address just a phone # to call. needless to say i wasnt calling the # but i was just curious to know if there is a way of tracking these emails.

You might go to spamcop.com and paste a copy of it in their spam window and it will tell where it really came from even if the headers are false.
