Hi guys,

Am running WinME & IE 5.5.
How can I manually enter web addresses (urls) into favorites folders when I am NOT online?

TIA

its simple...its like creatin a shortcut.

Hope you know where the Favorites folder is located.

go to the folder and then create a shortcut, just add the full web address for the site in the space provider for typing the Location of the item..and then choose a name for the shortcut...thats it.

The favorites folder is C:\WINDOWS\FAVORITES. You can create a shortcut there and enter the web address as the command line. If the site starts with a "www" windows will automatically make it into a web shortcut. If it starts with something else such as "support" you may need to add "http://" to get windows to make it into a web shortcut.
