cdr question

how could i make image of bootable part of cdrom.

the exact situation is that i want to make booting cdrom with bootable record from win98se cd.
but i cant because nero or winocd does allow me to use diskette, hdd or image file (but not cd)

I use NTI CD Maker Pro. I copy the entire cd onto the HD and the program has a setting you check to make the cd bootable. When making a copy of Win98SE I just copy the cd to the HD and burn it from there. I've never checked to see if the new cd is bootable or not.
