Removable Hard Disk Drive Rack suggestions

I would like to have some suggestions as to what is a good Removable Hard Disk Drive Rack to use. Although I currently have 2, I would like to change them. They are not very well made, have little support for the drives in the rack cases and their hard drive fans are hard to replace. I recently tried one brand, which although was extremely well made, did not have the proper screw hole alignment for my Quantum Fireball. I need them to be for IDE ATA66/100 drives and I want them to also have hard disk fans. Any suggestions about good mobile racks would be appreciated.
