Is it possible to write a batch file that will cause a program in my start bar to minimize to the system tray?

I have aol plus, and I dont use the actual aol client for anything (i use aim instead, have a different email, use IE)...Well its really annoying and it sists in my start bar. I want to get rid of it! Can you possibly help me, or direct me to a place that can?

If AOL starts up each time with Windows, why don't you just keep it from starting? Open MSCONFIG.EXE and uncheck AOL on the Startup tab.

That's the Taskbar. If you program starts down there and is not in it's own window, it's set to start that way in the properties for the shortcut itself - the one in the Programs > Startup menu. If you just don't need the program at all, do as I suggested.
