To Cool???

I am running a duron 850, settings @ 12x100, on Abit kg7 raid MB.
Voltage set 2 1.8, can't even get this thing warm. Went from generic fan & sink to GlacialTech 2320, and temp dropped 30 Degrees(f)!!!. Is this to cool??
Original temp 138(f) now@ 98(f)

You can never get too cool. 98f (37c) is still well above room temperature (unless your on the equator or something). Plenty of room to move there. Get back to us when you have condensation appearing near your CPU :)

Thanks for the reply, I was worried about the system going into hysterisis, but since the posting, and 7 or 8 reboots, I got the core voltage up and the system is now running at 107, under load.Seems to be ok, no problems. :)
