how to setup network on win95?

My friend asked me to setup a network for windows 95 into LAN network. I've never done on win95 before. win95 is OLD. So I need to know what's the step to do to. Do i need like floppy disk to install drivers for win95 network bios, netbeui, etc

all you need is the win95 cd unless the original install was from floppies or something. you will need to manually install tcpip, but win95 installed netbeui and ipxspx automatically. You can remove those unless you think you need it. If your friend was smart and installed win95 from the hard drive, then it won't prompt you for floppies or the cd at all.
