I was looking thru the requirements and it says Genuine IntelŪ PentiumŪ class 166MHz or faster processor I have an AMD processor will it still work?

It only has to be a pentium class proccessor

Yes.. what type of AMD CPU do you have..
anything recent will work well..

The AMD K6 series is definately "Pentium Class"
I'm not sure about the K5 series though.
