Bsdboy 04-19-2001, 05:12 AM You want a KVM switch. There many types to choose from. Bsdboy Hellmund 04-19-2001, 05:22 AM Yeh they do exist Daverme, I used them when I did work experience, like Bsdboy said they're KVM switches. Just look-up KVM swithes on www.pricewatch.com (http://www.pricewatch.com) ,they tend to give information on most products with up-to-date prices. randy48 04-19-2001, 05:27 AM This guy on Ebay sells them cheap! Here's a 4-port (will handle 4-machines) KVM switch for $34.99 with all the cable: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1230263786 I've been using one for several months with no problems, my second one will be here tomorrow! He also has a 2-port switch for $19.97 Well worth it! daverme 04-19-2001, 07:26 AM Cool! I learn somethin' new every day here at SysOpt! With the manual switchbox you have to have the switch set on that PC so the PS/2 keyboard-mouse signal is detected by the PC or otherwise you have to switch back and reboot. The CYBEX ones are pretty good since you can boot up any one of the PCs without that worry. Also, I've seen one case where switching back and forth too fast on a manual switch somehow fried the monitor. SysOpt.com
