Is this video card good enough for the new Spiderman Game which requires a 3D Accelerator card?

Yes, I am interested. And if you're up to it, if you could give me a quick lesson on video cards, and what makes a good one, that would be killer. :cool:

Here are the specs:

MSI MS-6378 (onboard audio, video, & LAN)
AMD 1.1GHZ Tbird
576MB RAM
40GB 5400RPM Seagate
6GB (assume 5400RPM) Maxtor
$1500-P4 gamer

If you have a agp port get these.
For around $70 or so get a Radeon 8500LE built by ati! Or a Nvidia Geforce3 ti200 both will totally blow away your current card and is the best bang for buck right now. One step up would be like Ti500 then ti4200 NO MX's though.;)
For pci I cant help ya as I dont follow that route.:D :t

No it's not good enough, the new Spiderman game requires a hardware T&L capable card, the 7000 doesn't have it. A friend of mine borrowed the new spiderman off me and couldn't run it, it says it needs T&L and he has a Radeon 7000 64mb

Hardware T&L and Spiderman ... oops, forgot about that one :(
Go either GF3Ti200 or GF4Ti4200. Even with that processor it still should be a "killer" :)
