abd see if they will transfer your call to tech support. Then the call is on their dime, not yours.

If you do not get satisfaction, continue to go up their chain of command. they have a pretty good rep at resellerratings.com (a 6 out of 7) ( http://www.resellerratings.com/s.html ) so they will hopefully resolve it.

I've had a KA11 mobo for 2 months now and all it's given me is trouble, niether fic or the online store (Shentech.com) i bought it from is returning my e-mails, There's somehting up with this motherboard b/c non of my techy friends can et it to work stable at all and i only have 1 out of 4 "working" dimm slots. I went out and bought another stick of ram thinking it was bad ram, but it wasn't so i wasn in the hole another 60 dollars. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif Now i'm broke and i just want ot exchange this thing. Can someone help me with this????? Thanks
