After cleaning all the dust out of my computer, it wont restart. When I try to turn it on, the powersupply start's and about 2 seconds later it shut's down. I've tried different power supply's and I get the same thing. Could it be the motherboard is shot?

It could be the CPU is dead or overheating too. Is the fan spinning? What type of CPU is it?

Start off by listing everything you can think of about your system. Motherboard, cpu, ram other cards besides video (what kind of video?) you have obviously bumped something, knocked a wire loose maybe. The cpu fan header may be disconnected. The case switch could be shorting out or sticking. Just provide us with the necessary data so we can give your problem some serious consideration..
Remove all cards but the video, remove all ram modules and put one back, being sure it is well seated, you should hear it 'snap' when it is seated down to the bottom of the socket.
If that dosn't work, take the motherboard out of the case and put it on a book with something like paper towels under it...plug in ram, video and power supply connect the monitor...fire it up and see what happens.

I was going to post some advise in the thread you posted in technical support but Bovon has already given you some sound advice. In the future don't start the same thread in different sections. People will tend to get a little bent out of shape.
On another note. Bill, that foil on my head really does work like a charm. I havent hear Mr. G's voice in my head since I started using it.

I've removed everything and re-installed them and still no luck. I think the motherboard is dead.

It could actually be the CPU. Did you so much as plug in the PC with the heatsink removed? If so, it takes 5 seconds max to cook the processor.

NO, I've didn't remove the CPU. I left it on the motherboard

I didn't say "CPU". I said heatsink. You can conceivably ruin an Athlon by unplugging the fan and running the system. There is no thermal protection like what you get in Intel systems.

The motherboard is shot then.

I wasn't yelling on my earlier post. That sucks. The motherboard is only a year old and it's still under warranty. At least I'll get a new 1 free of charge, minus shipping.
