Hi, I have a pretty big problem with my outlook 2000...its not working. I am running WindowsME.
It won't allow me to open the program without crashing my system. Sometimes though, when I do ctrl+alt+del it gives me an error saying that I have low system resources then it gives me the option to close the running programs, but it freezes if I try to close anything. I have done a virus scan but I came up empty handed.
Also, I have gotten a bluescreen error from outlook sometimes indicating that I have an error with user.exe and windows would give me an error of user.dat? Is there anyway to fix these files? What if I delete user.dat? I really need to get into my mailbox because I need to switch over all my accounts before flashcom's mail server goes down.
Oh, I have tried uninstalling all of office and then reinstalling to no avail...and I have no system restore points that go back enough to fix the problem.
