i dont like the fact that some members are posting only for their post counts to rack up, so that they will get "respect."

like me, even though I get to 20000 posts, it wont matter, i'll still be confused.
Respect comes with knowledge, and the willingness to help other members in need. Not in post count.

I kind of agree, this site was to help people but all posting to boost counts does is help the one posting.

On the other hand it really doesn't make a difference, you can just skip them.

Then again my count just went up by one!:rolleyes: ;)

C'mon guys...everybody has an ego trip now `n then...keeps us outta bars and off the streets. maybe the member who is posting a bunch just to see his/her post count go up would be writing virus software if it wasn't for SysOpt.

Remember always, its different strokes for different folks...who cares if we see somebody posting dribble just to get the count up there somewhere...it don't take too many smarts to figure that one out.

Hmmm, I am not seeing that. Of course I don't browse all the different forums. My dream personally is to get my 75th post by at LEAST 2022. I'd better get cracking...:x
