comp just crashed!

I was right here on sysopt just a second ago and my comp crashed the screen blurred and instead of Nirvana a bbbbzzzzzzzhhhhhhhh sound came from my speakers??
I think it must be the Graphics card that I installed yesturday does anyone know what exactly caused this problem and how to solve it?I dont really want it happening again.

I was driving my car the other day, all of a sudden this almighty crashing noise came from the front. I think it is the exhaust. Does anyone know the exact problem?
