How might you flash a bios under Win 2000Pro?

I think you're refering to flashing the mainboard BIOS, correct? Well, whatever BIOS you are flashing, video card BIOS or mainboard BIOS, you need to do it in PURE DOS environment. So it's not gonna matter what OS you're running. Just make a Windows boot disk in Win9x by typing format a:/s and copy the BIOS flash utility EXE file along with the update BIOS files to the floppy boot diskette you made....
