i have recently bought 2x 256mb pc133 micron memory sticks i have been getting wierd issues running 2000 server and was wondering what UTILITY to use to check to see if the RAM is bad any info would be greatly app.
this is a server.
650mhz Athlon slotA
Abit KA7 mobo (latest BIOS)
Win2000 server (no SP)
2x256mb micron pc133 mem =512mb
ata66 20gb HDD
PCI s3 4mb vid
3com nic 10/100

Couldnt tell how good it is because it said all my Ram was good.

I use Sisoft Sandra 2001 memory benchmarking utility. (actually I use the burn-in wizard and just let it run the memory benchmark for a couple hours straight to see if anything crashes)

you can also make a ram drive and run hard disk benchmarks...
works wonders for testing bios settings to check and see if your ram got faster..
