Nero language

Aloha!

I just can't seem to be able to install Nero's language file (Portuguese). I run the app and it just won't give me any options to chane the language to portuguese. Anybody done this before?

hmm... sorry can't help ya

it suppose to be simple i know

i always use English for all my programs

although i speak many other languages

whenever i use the same program or OS in the other tongues

the Translations are sooooooooooo BAAAAAD that it's repulsive to use them in anything else other than English

lol :p so after all these years i got used to only use English for my software

have you looked in the "plug-in" directory in "File/Properties" of Nero? and the languages are set from the Properties box also!

BTW. where I said "properties" I actually meant "Preferences"

it seems ahead is delivering only english versions all over the world. here is the link to the language file. sorry its in german, just click on english on left side.

btw: in my nero 5581 i cannot see such a plug in. just english in languages.

yes i see the same and now go downloading the language-file. there are some interesting tools from nero for free.

unfortunately the german file is only working with nero 5510.0. now we are force to download this version with all its bugs... ****, i beging hating ahead. what a stupid behaviour. selling english-cds only and language-plugin-does not work. a big hit into the stomach of all of us. maybe a boycott would help them understand the need of their customers. this would help any other company/industry.

btw: i will try to install older plug-in. try to find on other nero cds or installations.

there is a quick reference and a complete manual for downloading in different languages. and in our stores in switzerland and germany we can buy cheap books.

does anyone know where i can find the language-file? i cannot find them(english and german in the programs/nero-folder.
how are their names called?

ahead only offers language files for version 55100. i have 5581!
