A good program to sort, display, print, organize addresses with. This is for my mother and she is not the most computer literate person http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif I bought her the Hallmark card deluxe program and it has a built in address orgaizer but it won't allow you to print labels etc.

If possible I would like to get her something that is easy to use but also allowing technical stuff that I can help her with like exporting to MS WORD Mail Merge, .CSV (comma seperated value) files, Etc....

Anyone have any good suggestions?

I believe Outlook can help. Don't use the crappy Express though. It's nothing but problems. If you use Express now and decide to install Outlook, uninstall Express first otherwise you will most probably get conflicts. Also don't forget to change the default programs in Internet Explorer. (Tools-Internet Options-Programs). Good Luck
