? about A7V333 and IBM HD....

Hi Again folks,

Merry xmas and new year to all...

Can someone please help, I have a friend with a brand new PC with a ASUS A7V333 and he is having problems with his IBM DESKSTAR HD 7200RPM 120 GIG..He can't get windows XP to install..the IBM works in old PC but not new one and his old 8 gig works in the new pc..I'm afraid that is about as much info as he has given me..Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thank you :-)

Be sure to flash the mobo with latest BIOS.
And to jumper the HD correctly.

Is the 120 the only drive in the system? Or is there/will there be others?
