Netmeeting has to be running as a service. The easiest way for most users to start a service is to restart the computer. If you're running NT 4.0 or Win2K, you could start it manually. It seems Netmeeting was not running as a service on your PC.

Does one need a static ip to use netmeeting ?.

I have a dynamic ip, can i still use netmeeting ?.
