Which P4 motherboards do you recommend if I need:
533 MHz bus support
USB 2.0
5 or more PCI slots, and AGP 4x
At least 2 DDR-RAM slots supporting PC2100
The lower the price, the better. Thanks.

Any i845PE board. I have used a MSI 845PE Max, which you can get for $97 at newegg.com:

Has AGP 4x and 6 PCI slots and 2 ddr slots.

I'm a big fan of MSI boards. I have and use several of them. I'm currently awaiting the release of the new intel chipset's in the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2003.
When the 845PE chipset boards came out I was all but chomping on the bit to get one. But since I just got a 845E before the summer w/ a P4 2.26 I'm holding off till the next generation arrives. Have yet to have a problem with an MSI board.

Any board using the Intel 845PE or 845GE chipset will be good.

I'm using an MSI G-Max (MS-6580) http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=314&MODEL=MS-6580
So far so good. Love MSI boards. This one runs $87.00 + depending on where you look. :)
