i am not family with Intel's chipset (Intel® 845G Chipset ......) can u help me out on that one too?? which one is better or best?

The G series has built in video (not bad but not really good at 3D) and also includes all USB 2.0 ports. It's a good chipset, but the P series is better.

I'd use the 845PE chipset. As Bill said, the P series is better.
