what should i get. I dont want to spend alot i was thinking about a liteon 48/24/48 (ltr-48246s). Would this drive be ok? Will it back up games and audio cds. Get through whatever encription they use.

Yes, this drive is great. I picked it up at Best Buy on sale for $20 after mail-in rebates last week except it is the Buslink RW4848. Really it is that liteon u are asking about. that is what it says in the bios and device manager. so yes it is a good drive.
i'm not sure about it backing up games and so forth seeing that i just bought the drive last week. sry.:t :cool:
