What do you think about signing up with cheap domain name registrars? What happens when XDomain.com sells their domain names for $15/piece...and then the company up and disappears in 6 months? What happens to the name you registered with them...is it unaffected? or is it going to be invalid?
I recently was told about a domain registration company that is selling them for $9. I cannot remember the name but will post it when the guy comes back to work tomorrow. This service does give you full ownership of the name.
What are your thoughts, and what have you heard?
