There is a way to set explorer to open to a set directory. I searched all over the place and can't find it. Running win2k now but it might work in all of them. But I did figure it out. Rt-click the explorer icon, open properties. There is something like this: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe Type a space then the partition and directory you want it to open to.
