What does Graphic Win Size - 16M mean?

This is AGP Aperture size or Graphic Aperture size . Rule of thumb here is set to 1/2 your installed system ram.
-16m = 16mb of system ram .

Okay, how do I change my shared memory? I looked everywhere in bios and I found nothing related with it.

You can only change it by putting in a real video card with it's own RAM. As soon as you do, shared memory will be released to system RAM.
