yeah its dead easy .... forget about Multilink PPP as not many isp`s support it for analogue modems ... ISDN yes
Instaed do what i did and you wont regret it .... download a piece of software called MIDPOINT TEAMER or MIDPOINT COMPANION.... you can use any 2 modems ... any isp as long as they allow multiple connections or you can even call 1 isp with one modem and another isp with the second modem
