ie problems..

i just reinstalled windows 98se on my slave harddrive. ie seems to not be liking me now. now, when i right-click on the screen, nothing happens. i can right-click on the desktop though. i also lost the bar that has the File, Edit, Favorites, ect. it is never there when i open a new window. im using version 5

i just lost alot of my right-click options on my desktop too.
i only have:
refresh
paste
paste shortcut
undo move
new ->
properties


what happened?

Are you sure you didn't hide the toolbar? Type sfc in the run box and let it scan for altered files see what you turn up.

well, i restarted and i got my right-click back. sfc turned up setupx.dll. and i didnt take off the toolbar, and i cant find a way to get it back
