How do I increase Disk Cache?

I used sisoft sandra and it told me my disk cache should be at least 25%. Dont know where to go from here?

Don't think disk cache has anything to do with swap file. Increase disk cache in system.ini by putting a line
[vcache]
max=<value>
min=<value>
-M
