My current maximum upload speed is only about 15kbs, and I was wondering if there is anything that I can do to increase it besides crying to my ISP? I heard that there are programs that help speed it up a bit!?

If you have dsl <A HREF="http://www.dslreports.com" TARGET=_blank>www.dslreports.com</A> is supposed to help with problems. Look under tools.
