The abit ti4200 also uses the larger pcb and ball grid array memory. I have no clue who 'ek is.
I don't know who "'ek" are as well, but Albatron got very nice o/ceable Ti4200 which using Ti4600 PCB. "Medusa Turbo" is the model name, if I remember correctly.

From what I've heard recently, ATI's now keep track internally of the clock speed for x cycles, or x clock changes (probably just boot ups), so when your board dies, and you overclocked it, when you return it, you won't get another one as they know it's been overclocked. The 9700 Pro's have this. If that is true, that doesn't bode well for the 9500's overclockability either.
Ramsinks net you only a small gain in megahertz. What's getting you the higher overclocks is the boards components quality and their layout more than anything. MSI boards beat Gainward "Golden Sample" cards in avg. overclock from the clock speeds I've seen them running at on review sites, and they get to select the chips used. The card your looking for is made by Albatron, I've seen it sold on NewEgg in the past, don't know if they still have it up, I imagine they would though. The only thing it's missing is the full speed 4600 AGP bus, it's about a gb or so short of it, as it is upped a bit IIRC from a standard 4200ti's transfer rates. Still you should be able to get around a 320 core overclock with that and 650 plus memory speeds (700 isn't unheard of).
