I would like to copy the taskbar info from one hdd to another. The operating system I will copy is in Win2k, the receiver is XP-Pro. Is it possible? If so how

I'm a tad confused: what exactly are you transferring? Email files? Email settings? Windows information?

Confused here too, if you want to transfer files and setting you can use the File Transfer and Settings Wizard from XP. Typing migwiz will get you there. Although you may want to look at the help file.

I have a list of to do tasks in my calendar taskbar. I would like to transfer them from an older HDD which is a Win2k drive, to a XP-Pro hdd.

my only w2k machine is at work, but look here because I think you're just trying to import your to do or calendar folder?

c:\documents and settings\<username>\application data\microsoft\outlook

I think that's where you'll find it the outlook.pst file - it will be the complete file with all e-mail and folders - then you should be able to import one or more of the folders you want?
